You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Email us via the contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo or short video — we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

For hygiene reasons, certain personal accessories (such as memory cards that were opened) may not be returnable unless defective.
